It’s difficult and time-consuming for organisations to find the expertise they need. It’s also costly to be visible to others. The most relevant organisations can be overlooked and miss out on opportunities. This leads to limited networks and siloing, which impacts diversity and innovation. JointEffort.io
tackles these challenges.
JointEffort.io is a software platform to help discover, understand and collaborate with specialist engineering and technology organisations that best align with your needs. The platform is made up of of the following main parts:
JointEffort.io makes it quick and easy to build and update profiles covering capabilities and experience, allowing for greater discovery and understanding of what an organisation has achieved and could achieve.
Create groups of users and organisations within the system to reflect how you operate within alliances, communities and networks. This could range from a few organisations that regularly join forces to deliver work, an event, or a science park or large business cluster consisting of hundreds of organisations. The system provides visibility and demonstrates the combined capabilities and experience across the group - to support both internal and external collaboration.
Search and recommendation tools specifically built for capability & experience discovery. The system will search across individual organisation profiles and the combined offering of groups. Detailed profiles allow potential partners to look beyond an organisation’s predominant market, finding relevance within services offered and previous projects. Supporting capability and experience transfer into new markets.
Organisations can post procurement or collaboration opportunities. These can be shared to specific groups or posted to a wider audience. This allows an organisation to broaden its supply chain options; reaching new markets to solve challenges, allowing for greater efficiency, with connections based on specific needs and the relevance of organisations.
The Open Marketplace is a group that all users are automatically a member of when their account is setup on the platform. This provides a common group where all organisations can share information to all users.
The Open Marketplace is administered by the JointEffort.io team, with all content approved into the Open Marketplace.
