When viewing an organisation or any of their content, you are able to make contact. Clicking on Start a Conversation
will bring up a messaging window, auto populated with your details, referencing the item (case study, service, opportunity, group) that it was raised against. You can also add an optional message.

Once sent, this will route the message via email to the appropriate individual or team. Subsequent messaging is done off-platform.

If you want to message a group, choose the menu on the group screen. The message will be forwarded to the designated group contacts. If none are entered, it will default to group administrators.

This allows specific contacts to receive enquiries for particular profile items. If no details are entered, the default organisation contact details will be used.
